Clients can now upload Settled Status evidence through the Client API, bringing API functionality in line with the Connect portal.
Security & Audit Improvements
Magic Link Configuration for Child Portals
When resellers create a new child portal, the Magic Link settings will now automatically inherit the parent portal's configuration.
MFA Reset Audit Logging
Actions to reset a client's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are now fully audited. User activity tables now record who performed the reset and when it occurred.
Bug Fixes & Platform Improvements
Right to Be Forgotten (RTBF)
Resolved an issue that could cause the Right to Be Forgotten process to fail in specific scenarios.
Settled Status Document Validation
Improved validation of Settled Status evidence uploads by restricting uploaded documents to PDF format only. This prevents unsupported file types from causing issues during processing and PDF export.
Liveness status not updating
Rectified an issue where the result of the liveness check was remaining as ‘Requested’ despite being completed and having an outcome determined.
