We’re always working to improve your experience — and thanks to your feedback, we’re launching several highly requested features this month.
Here's a quick look at what’s coming up!
Improved document validation
We recently announced our new Document Validation feature which will be coming soon, and our Product team have made even further enhancements. Instead of "Mismatch Check", you'll now see a clearer status labelled "Valid Document Type" in both the portal and PDF reports.
These changes are based on internal testing and feedback, and we believe they’ll deliver a better experience for you. Once released, you will see one of the below status’s appear:
Pass – The document provided is a valid configured option.
Fail – The document provided is not a valid configured option. For example, if you have issued a journey that only allows a passport. If anything except a passport has been captured, this result will fail.
Not performed – The document was provided prior to this new feature going live

Completion Status and filter
We will be updating the “Individuals” table to make it easier for you to track the progress of your checks.
We’re replacing the current “% complete” column with a clearer set of status labels, which will also be available in filters and CSV exports.
This makes it easier for you to spot a journey’s status at a glance and allow you to filter the list to only what you need.
The new statuses will be:
Complete – shown as a green pill and will be present if all journeys issued have been completed
In Progress – shown as a black pill and will be present if at least one journey has been started but not yet been completed
Not Started – shown as a grey pill and will be present if the individual in question has not started any of the journeys issued to them
No Process – If no journey has been issued to an individual, as you have run just a manual data check, the status column show a grey pill containing ‘’No Process.’’
Automatic Safe Harbour Checks — A time saver for Conveyancers
If you run journeys that include Safe Harbour, we’ve got a great update - we’ll now automatically mark Safe Harbour as passed if the required criteria are met for Safe Harbour Standards and no manual review is needed for the individual, such as supporting documents.
This means less admin for you — and one more step towards streamlined compliance.
